HYDERABAD: The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy who
participated in the Rachabanda programme at Mujjugudem, Nelakondapally Mandal,
Khammam district in the morning today called upon all the political parties not
to politicise the programme. He also attended a public meeting at Mujjugudem
and distributed assets there. Later the Chief Minister attended another
Rachabanda Programme at Wargal Village, Wargal Mandal, Medak district and
addressed a public meeting there. He also distributed assets to the
beneficiaries there.
Assets and benefits distribution from 24-01-2011 to
08-02-2011 are as follows:
The total number of beneficiaries identified for issue of
new ration cards as per integrated survey are 5,04,779 and total number of
temporary ration cards issued so far are 3,78,595. However the total number of
fresh applications received during the Rachabanda for new ration cards are
2,46,4766 and number of Gram Panchayats/wards in which data entered are 21,045.
As far as Pensions are concerned, the total number of
pending applications for pensions are 3,10,941 and the number of pending
applicants found eligible are 2,49,885, number of pensions sanctioned till now
are 1,11,319 and number of fresh applications received for sanction of pension
during the Rachabanda programme are 9,16,967 and the number Gram Panchayats/wards
in which data entered are 21,045.
As far as Aarogyasri is concerned, the total number of
temporary ration cards/coupons issued are 3,78,595 and the number of Aarogyasri
cards issued against temporary cards issued are 2,50,359, and the number of
fresh applications received during the Rachabanda programme are 3,64,170 and
the number Gram Panchayats/wards for which data entered are 21,046. Regarding
Abhayahastham, total number of women sanctioned Abhayahastham pension during
Rachabanda are 2,45,233 and the number of fresh applications received during
the Rachabanda programme is 2,34,076. In Housing, total number of beneficiaries
to whom Patta/possession certificates issued during the Rachabanda so far are
1,18,329; in MGNREGS, the total number of job cards issued afresh are 1,49,083;
total number of requests considered for more than 100 days are 2,68,743; total
number of works allotted to Sramasakti Sangam are 5,51,032. As far as pavala
vaddi (Rural) is concerned, the total number of SHGs to whom payment is made
during Rachabanda is 7,98,017, and the total amount paid to SHGs are Rs.229.02
crores. As far as pavala vaddi (Urban) is concerned, the total number of SHGs
to whom payment is made during Rachabanda is 1,03,531,and the total amount paid
to SHGs are Rs.49.98 crores.
The Rachabanda
Programme was held at 1,470 places throughout the State today----the 15th day:
Andhra--602 places, Rayalaseema---271 places, Telangana--597 places. There were
reports of minor disruptions at 96 places in Telangana only. Many more
beneficiaries received assets and other benefits at different places in the
State today. Already Rachabanda programme has covered 21,114 villages/gram
panchayats -- Andhra--8,544; Rayalaseema--3,967 and Telangana--8,603. In all
till today the Rachabanda programme was held in 22,584 places all over the
State. The Chief Minister will participate in Rachabanda programme in
Karimnagar and Warangal districts tomorrow (10-02-2011).
